Tournament will take place in the Warehouse found in the alleyway behind the main store.

9AM Doors Open
9:30 Check-in
10AM Round 1
11:30AM Round 2
Lunch after Round 3 (likely around 12:45-1:15)

Please make sure an email is included with your ticket purchase.
Melee registration code will be sent out September 10th in the evening.
Decklist must be submitted through Melee September 13th at 3pm

Tournament
Swiss Rounds and Top Cut based on player count according to SWU Tournament Guidelines.

Prizing
All in attendance will receive FFG promo card.

All players who complete all Swiss rounds and do not make top 16 will receive 4 Ash of the Empire Booster Packs.

PQ Top 8 Promo Prizing

Further prizing in Ash of the Empire Carbonite Packs, Booster Packs and Store Credit based on attendance.

Store Credit Payouts (Funded by Net Entry Fees After Expenses)

Store credit will be awarded from net entry fee pool after event expenses have been deducted, according to the following breakdown:

• 1st Place: 23%
• 2nd Place: 17%
• 3rd–4th Place: 10% each
• 5th–8th Place: 5% each
• 9th–16th Place: 5% each

Event Withdraw Policy For Gongaii Games

When specified:

·      No Refunds will be available within 48 hours of the date of the event.

·      If Prior to 48 Hours of the event date

o   Contact the specific location the event is being held to let them know the intention to withdraw from the event.

o   Send an email to events@gongaii.com with your name and order number stating the intent to withdraw from the event and request a refund.

o   Your Refund will not be processed until an email has been received.

·      If Post 48 hours of the event date

o   Contact the specific location the event is being held to let them know the intention to withdraw from the event.

o   Send an email to events@gongaii.com with your name and order number stating the intent to withdraw from the event and request a refund.

o   No spots on the Wishlist will be notified of any openings until the email notification to withdraw has been received.

·      The Wishlist

o   Gongaii Games does not have a Waitlist for events.

o   Add the event to your Wishlist via gongaii.com.

o   Once a spot has been made available, notifications will go out to all on the Wishlist and it will be first come at that point.

·      Day of the Event (Walk Ins)

o   Players are welcome to arrive day of the event and wait to see if there are any no shows.

o   Check in with the Event/Tournament organizer and they will record your name.

o   Please stay within the play area until event start time such that you can be notified. If deck/army lists are required for the event, please have one prepared in case you are added. If you are not present and ready at event start time, you will not be added to the event.
