By pushing malting technology and barley varietals to their limits, Skagit Valley malting has worked with us to develop a malt-showcasing amber ale. Built on a base of Pilot Ale, Wintmalt Pilsner, and Triticale (a wheat/rye hybrid) malts along with experimental molasses and Extra Dark Munich, this amber provides gentle sweetness, subtle spice, and a finish that will leave you wanting more. Malt matters.
